2. What personal data we collect

We may collect and process the following personal data through this website or during the booking process:

  • name and surname
  • e-mail
  • telephone number
  • country of residence
  • dates of stay
  • number of guests
  • requests or information related to the reservation
  • data required for invoicing, if applicable
  • confirmation of payment and limited data associated with it

In the event of a reservation, we may also request the data required by the Spanish regulations applicable to the registration of travelers, either physically or online.

3. Mandatory guest registration

In accordance with the Spanish regulations applicable to accommodation, we may request the necessary data to report the stay to the competent authorities.

This data may include:

  • full name
  • date of birth
  • nationality
  • type and number of identity document
  • country issuing the document
  • date of entry to the lodging

In the case of minors under 14 years of age, their data will be provided by the accompanying adult, in accordance with applicable regulations. Registration data may be communicated through the SES.HOSPEDAJES system of the Ministry of the Interior.

4. Purpose of treatment

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • answer queries sent via the web, email or WhatsApp
  • manage accommodation requests and reservations
  • process payments related to the reservation
  • comply with the legal obligations applicable to tourist accommodation
  • maintaining the security of the property and communications related to the reserve

5. Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of your data is:

  • the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject
  • the execution of the contractual relationship in the event of reservations
  • compliance with legal obligations
  • where applicable, the legitimate interest in the proper management of the lodging activity and its security

6. Payments

Card payments, if enabled, are processed through Stripe. We do not store full bank card details.

We receive only the confirmation of payment and, if applicable, limited information necessary for the management of the reservation and the corresponding reconciliation.

7. With whom we share data

We only share personal data when it is necessary to provide the service or comply with a legal obligation.

We will be able to share them with:

  • technology and hosting providers necessary for the operation of the website
  • Stripe, as payment processing provider
  • competent authorities, when required by the regulations applicable to the registration of guests
  • other suppliers strictly necessary for the management of the booking or the accommodation

We do not sell or give your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

8. International Transfers

In general, we seek to work with suppliers located in the European Union or the European Economic Area.

If any supplier stores or processes data outside this space, appropriate safeguards will be adopted in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Data Retention

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and, thereafter, for the periods required by the applicable regulations.

In particular:

  • data related to reservations and invoicing will be kept for the corresponding legal periods of time
  • guest registration data will be retained for the period required by the applicable regulations.
  • contact data derived from inquiries will be kept for the time necessary to answer and follow up on them

The regulations on lodging records establish a retention period of three years from the end of the service for the data in the computerized traveler registry.

10. Rights of users

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability, where applicable.

Also, if you consider that your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

11. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.

12. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legal, technical or operational changes to the website.
