The main house features four double bedrooms and four bathrooms, while next to the pool there is a separate studio-style annex with two double beds and an additional bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

Sa Païssa den Botja is located in the southwest of Ibiza, in a rural setting surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

This villa combines privacy with great access to some of the island’s most special spots: Cala Carbó is just a few minutes away, and Sant Josep de sa Talaia—with its year-round restaurants, shops, and local life—is only an 11-minute drive.
From the house, you can enjoy open views of the landscape and walk to the beach in just a few minutes.

 Verificada Our family and friends spent a wonderful month at this gorgeous farmhouse. There is so much private room for many guests and the pool is heavenly. Wonderful views over Es Vedre.  Verificada We had the most wonderful stay at Neus’ villa - the views are stunning, the beds incredibly comfortable, the outside area is absolutely lovely and inside the villa everything flows really well and is spotless. There is even an outdoor play area for children.Neus is the most helpful host ever - she always responded super quickly to our queries, booked us a great table at her brother’s restaurant, which was fabulous. You name it, nothing was too much trouble.Where the villa is located is lovely and peaceful but also nowhere is too far away if you have a car. Very conveniently there is a small Spar supermarket a couple of minutes drive from the villa which had lovely fresh bread every day. We will be back!!

 Verificada We had an amazing stay at this villa. It’s even more beautiful in person—photos and words just don’t do it justice. We were all blown away the moment we walked in. Incredibly stunning. To add up, Neus is hands down the best host I’ve ever met. So friendly and caring, and super responsive at all times. She really went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. We had high expectations for this trip, and Neus and her villa went above and beyond anything we imagined.Can’t recommend this place enough. If I could give it 10 stars, I totally would!

 Verificada Neus was an exceptional, super helpful, generous and responsive host to us. The house went above and beyond the photos provided. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable for our group. The house had a well equipped kitchen and coffee machine that we all appreciated. We loved sitting by the pool and having bbqs in the sun. For us, the location was perfect. Only a 1 minute drive away was a very pristine beach with a fabulous restaurant. On another day, we visited another amazing beach 5 minutes drive away for swimming and lunch. When we wanted to have a clubbing night out, the taxi to Ibiza town was easy to get to. We loved experiencing Ibiza in Neus' home and would recommend to anyone.

 Verificada We are a blended family of 6 having been together for over 12 years & had many holidays together when the kids were kids but never in Ibiza. Having fallen in love with the island we wanted to bring our now grown up family with their husbands, girlfriends & granddaughter to experience for themselves. The house was absolutely perfect for us to all spread out & be together & for everyone to have their own space. It just worked and we’ve had the best holiday, around the pool with beautiful views & sunsets as well as trips out to the places we love on the island. Neus was the most perfect host. She was there to greet us on arrival & has such attention to detail that made us feel like the house was ours, not just a rented holiday house. Little touches, like providing toys, books, plastic cutlery for our granddaughter & a fabulous welcome pack on arrival for us. There was ice in the freezer such a simple touch but it’s amazing how often it’s missed in Airbnb rentals. Highly recommend.
