Prior to arrival we will ask you to indicate your approximate time of arrival. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check-in from 16:00 &#8211; Check-out before 10:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments: card (Stripe)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Main house rules:<br\/>&#8211; No smoking inside &#8211; No parties or events &#8211; Only registered guests (no additional visitors; if you want to have a meeting or gathering with people from outside, you must notify in writing) &#8211; Small pets are allowed upon request and commitment to responsibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available upon request: crib and\/or high chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payment and cancellation policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Card (Stripe)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be requested through a secure online payment processed by Stripe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The remaining amount will be automatically charged to the same card 30 days prior to arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the arrival date is within 30 days of booking, the full amount will be charged upon confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All card payments are processed securely through Stripe, an internationally recognized payment platform that meets high security standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not store or have access to your card details. All payment information is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe using SSL technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellations and changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this cancellation policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival (or reservations made within the previous 30 days): non-refundable.<br\/>The remaining amount is due and non-refundable once the card has been charged or paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Date changes are subject to availability and the rates in effect at that time. In some cases they may be processed as a new reservation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum stay, rates and discounts<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minimum nights and rates may vary according to season, day of the week (weekday or weekend) and demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Occasionally, discount coupons may be applied for selected dates or selected stays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Damage and incident report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No deposit is required for this reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By confirming your reservation, you agree to take reasonable care of the property and to cover the actual cost of repair or replacement of any damage caused during your stay (excluding normal wear and tear).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask you to report any problems as soon as possible so that we can solve them quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For urgent issues (e.g. water leaks, electrical problems, major appliances, doors or gates), please contact us immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If necessary, reasonable charges may be applied to cover damages or extraordinary cleaning costs. These will be communicated in advance and supported by an invoice or receipt, and may be charged to the payment method used for the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to comply with the house rules (such as smoking indoors or hosting unregistered visitors) may also result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serious breaches, such as holding unauthorised parties or events, behaviour that disturbs the peace, or misuse of the property, may result in the immediate termination of the stay, with no right to a refund, and a requirement to vacate the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Swimming pool<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The swimming pool is part of the property and is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For safety and maintenance reasons, we ask you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not use glasses or glass objects in the pool area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Always supervise children when they are near water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A technician will make a weekly visit to the property to perform pool or garden maintenance. This will usually take place on Wednesday mornings. He will have control of the exterior door and will only have access to the pool area.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cleanliness and exit rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pre-entry cleaning is included in the price of the stay, with the apartment prepared and bed linen and towels cleaned for the guests&#8217; arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For stays of more than 7 nights, additional cleaning during the stay can be arranged upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help us keep the house in good condition, we ask that before you leave:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leave the house tidy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher and clean utensils in the dishwasher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garbage and recycling removal (very important)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off the air conditioning, lights and electrical appliances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Close all windows, doors and gates tightly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return the keys or leave them in the agreed place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate the security alarm when leaving the property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, smoking inside or misuse of the facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Guest registration (Spanish regulations)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Royal Decree 933\/2021, we are required to collect identification data on all guests, including children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before arrival you must provide all the information requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For children under 14 years of age it is not necessary to provide an identity document, but we do need your full name and some basic information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contact<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any questions about payments, check-in or house rules, you can contact us at any time.<br\/><strong><a href=\"mailto:info@sapaissadenbotja.com\">info@sapaissadenbotja.com<\/a> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reservation policies and housing regulations Quick summary Entire house located at Camino de Cala Carb\u00f3, 4, Sant Josep de sa Talaia, 07830 Ibiza.
